2019 Flute Choir Camp Audition Excerpts
Flute choir camp focuses on building musicianship through ensemble performance made entirely up of flutists! Campers will have solo and ensemble performance opportunities as well as masterclasses on fundamentals and the PMEA district pre-aud solo. Looking forward to another great year of fantastic music and sparkly pencils!!!
All campers will be accepted and auditions will determine part assignments. We do our best to insure every camper is challenged without setting them up for failure.

- The preliminary auditions will be on Monday after the conclusion of the day camp at 4pm.
- Announcements on who will advance to the final round will be revealed on Tuesday morning. Finalists will audition with the ensemble on Tuesday morning and decisions will be made by lunchtime. The audition panel reserves the right to not select a winner.
For scholarship consideration email us stating what music means to you and how this camp will benefit you. Please also submit an audio or visual recording of yourself playing an excerpt of the concerto competition (Roughly 2 minutes minimum) piece and 1-2 excerpts from the audition packet. Most formats accepted, we will let you know if something doesn’t work. Please submit no later than June 23rd.
